HIKE for ELIZA 2024
On July 27, 2024, Eliza would have turned 25. As always, she would have celebrated by being outside with friends. So it was amazing to have so many members of her community put on their Hike for Eliza shirts and take a walk somewhere in the great outdoors. At the end of the gallery below are photos of the large group effort that day to install benches at Eliza’s Outlook, which looks across Royal Gorge to Donner Summit and Olympic Valley. Thanks to the Truckee Donner Land Trust for their collaboration on honoring Eliza with this beautiful spot.
